[Bug 1285173] [NEW] Please remove kde-style-skulpture from Ubuntu

Public bug reported:

In accordance with the new Kubuntu policies [1] kde-style-skulpture [2]
hasn't received any fixes for >= 6 months , not to mention that it is
currently un-installable and is not packaged in Debian. This just seems
like an additional maintenance overhead and thus the kde-style-skulpture
package should be removed.
