[Bug 1227353] [NEW] Please promote maas-dns, maas-dhcp to main

MAAS was accepted into Main since precise, but it seems some of its
related packages (built by the maas-source) have not been promoted to
main. This could potentially affect users who upgrade maas and don't
have universe enabled or are updating from -proposed for testing
(because main is the only repository enabled).
