[Bug 1226142] [NEW] Please remove right-http-connection from saucy

Public bug reported:

Please remove the right-http-connection source and binaries since this
package has been renamed to ruby-right-http-connection.

There isn't a transitional package but hopefully it's just a library and
packages can just depend on the new name.

The only rdepends was libright-aws-ruby1.8 which I just fixed to point
to the new package name.
