It seems these were uploaded about an hour after Feature Freeze :/  So,
this is also a feature freeze exception request.  Wine is currently a
leaf package, and is also engineered to be backwards compatible and
regression free from one stable release to the next, so I don't see any
significant difficulties.

Wine releases in general are pretty much bugfix-only releases, so I feel
like this qualifies for that part of the FFE process.
