freebsd-libs is, contrary to its name, buildable on "any all"
architectures. Due to what I believe was a misconception, freebsd-libs
was removed from Ubuntu due to an FTBFS on i386 during the natty cycle
in Bug 749050.

Long story short, I just pulled the latest version from Debian, and,
after a quick addition of "m4" to Build-Depends, it built successfully
[1]. The new version of freebsd-buildutils requires libsbuf-dev (part of
this package) to build, and it was pending removal in Bug 1210375 due to
this. It however would entail removing more packages that are already
building properly, and I think it would be better to keep them (and
freebsd-buildutils) and to unblacklist this one.
