Removal rationale:

gcursor is dead upstream (the URL doesn't work anymore), and the program
doesn't work at all, as described below. It doesn't allow the user to
select a new cursor. It doesn't have any rdeps.

Original description:

Binary package hint: gcursor

gcursor doesn't change mouse cursor settings anymore.
Whether cursor theme nor cursor size can't be changed.

Affects gcursor 0.061-ubuntu5 in
