FFe for updating the Qt Creator in raring from 2.7 beta to 2.7 RC

released/), while simultaneously including the Ubuntu plugin from Ubuntu
SDK development project as a patch.

The Ubuntu plugin for Qt Creator is developed at lp:ubuntu-qtcreator-
plugins, but cannot be packaged as standalone as it needs Qt Creator
sources for building. This FFe is about the now packaged bzr114 version,
offered as a distro patch on top of upstream 2.7 RC at  lp:~timo-jyrinki
/qt-creator/2.7.0rc1 - if the ubuntu-qtcreator-plugins is not installed,
Qt Creator acts like a regular non-Ubuntu Qt Creator. The plugin has
been extensively used by Ubuntu SDK users from the https://launchpad.net
/~ubuntu-sdk-team/+archive/ppa previously on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, Ubuntu
12.10 and Ubuntu 13.04. The PPA offering has been updated to have this
same packaging for all Ubuntu versions, so the build logs for this
package can be found there.

The Ubuntu Qt Creator plugin should be integrated to the package,
similar to what has been done at the special version of qtcreator at
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-sdk-team/+archive/ppa.
