[Bug 1140644] [NEW] Please remove and blacklist gcalctool

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Jeremy Bicha (jbicha):

gcalctool has been replaced by gnome-calculator both in GNOME and in
Ubuntu Raring. We should drop the old source package from Raring and
blacklist it since it will likely take several weeks before Debian does
the transition in unstable.  The gnome-calculator source also includes a
transitional package for gcalctool which we need for upgrades.
