[Bug 1198285] [NEW] Google Reader has shut down; please remove this from the archive.

Public bug reported:

As of July 1st, Google Reader is no longer operational. That means this
webapp is no longer functioning and should be permanently removed from
the archive.

I've taken care to remove it from our daily release infrastructure, so
no further packages of it will be uploaded to the archive.
