Please sync swt-gtk 3.8.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Define G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED to fix build failure.
  * Define G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED to fix build failure.

  The FTBFS got fixed in 3.8.2-3 by removing use of deprecated
g_thread_init & g_thread_supported
