[Bug 1196667] [NEW] Please remove appmenu-gtk from Ubuntu

appmenu-gtk is obsolete and has been replaced by unity-gtk-module which
conflicts and replaces appmenu-gtk.

appmenu-gtk won't build in Saucy now anyway because the patch it needed
has been removed from the gtk packaging.
