The transition is not quite complete. We still need to do the rather large demotion to proposed of a few packages:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/motion/+bug/1253071

After which libav/libav-extra (old ones) can be decrufted and
appropriately removed.

I believe demoting all of those packages will not increase uninstallable
count, but i don't know how to verify that across all architectures =(
