wsmancli tidying

I've accepted wsmancli into the archive, thanks for contributing to
Ubuntu. However the debian/copyright file doesn't look like it's
formatted quite right.

The Copyright line contains the name of some authors but it should
contain the copyright holder (which is Intel).  The License line
contains the name of the copyright holder rather than the name of the
licence (which is BSD 3 clause).

Please fix these in the next upload.
