We discussed this on IRC already.  If I removed every package from the
archive that has some bugs, we'd have no packages.  Your not knowing
perl (and thus not being able to fix it yourself) is no reason to remove
it from the archive.  It may be an argument for you to remove it from
your system, if you're not confident that it will be fixed tomorrow.

Of course, ideally, someone should look at those crash reports and fix
it.
