As the bug submitter I was looking to have another archive admin ack this
change rather than doing it myself - that's why ubuntu-archive has been
subscribed to the bug, this was intended as a process bug report rather than
anything the kernel team needed to act on, sorry for any confusion.

I'll try to rustle up a willing AA.
