[Bug 1059009] [NEW] please blacklist wesnoth-1.11 from getting synced

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Gerfried Fuchs (rhonda):

wesnoth-1.11 just got accepted in Debian - but please block it from
getting synced into Ubuntu because it's a development release.  It's
just uploaded to Debian as convenience feature for the wesnoth community
to give it early testing, but it's not aimed at a stable release.
