[Bug 1058539] [NEW] remove from quantal, obsolete in universe

Public bug reported:

please remove gmm from quantal
according to the changelog it was a separate source package to avoid pulling getfem++ into main:
  * Add Conflicts: libgmm++-dev (this is a standalone source package
    of the same gmm code as getfem++ ships keeping this package
    because getfem++ is too difficult to get into main)

now that gmm has moved to universe its existence is obsolete
it has no reverse (build )depends
