Rejecting libguestfs

Hi,

I rejected libguestfs because of what seem to be a few bugs that I
thought you would want to fix:

 * At one point in debian/rules you have a "CPPCFLAGS" typo that should
   be CPPFLAGS.

 * You've switched to ignoring test failures without any explanation in
   the changelog.  Accidental leftover from development?  Regardless,
   that needs either a changelog explanation or to be reverted.

 * The 'set -e' → 'set -ex' changes look like leftover debugging code.

Could you fix these and reupload?
