[Bug 1063240] [NEW] Remove smooth-themes from quantal

Please remove "smooth-themes" (source and binary) from quantal.

"gtk-smooth-themes" depends on "gtk2-engines-smooth" which got removed from the archive on 2012-02-06 ((From Debian) ROM; obsolete, unmaintained, not ported to gtk3).
Without the engine those themes are useless and it doesn't look like the engine will come back soon.
