please remove kcm-gtk source and binary (kde-gtk & kde-config-gtk) from
the archive. it is unmaintained and replaced by kde-config-gtk-style.

After upgrade from Precise to Quantal there is two GTK style configuration tools installed at the same time: kde-config-gtk and kde-config-gtk-style. On fresh installation there is only kde-config-gtk-style.
As I understand kde-config-gtk should be removed while upgrade.
