This branch improves the QATracker integration to make it possible to implement
the new features discussed for raring.

This includes:
 - A variety of bugfixes
 - Consistent argument naming across the QATracker related scripts
 - Port to the "upstream" python module for API integration
 - Support for multiple "target" in .isotracker.conf
 - Python3 support for all the QATracker related scripts.
   Note that post-image-to-tracker remains python2 by default as nusakan
   doesn't have python3.
