[Bug 948191] [NEW] Please remove prevu from precise

Please remove prevu (source and binary) from precise. It is un-
maintained, buggy, and superseded by backportpackage from ubuntu-dev-
tools. I've asked for anyone to speak up on ubuntu-devel if they reject.
