please remove 1:2.0.4-1ubuntu2 mongodb armel only binaries from quantal

due to changes in the armel toolchain, mongodb now FTBFS on armel, as
the inline atomic pointer functions are not available; the existing
binary will explode in flames on the CPUs that quantal armel toolchain
is targetting.
