As Ubuntu no longer supports eucalyptus and the mvel package is now in
Universe, the mvel2 package is now surplus to requirements.
I've re-synced the mvel package with the 2.0.18 package from Debian
unstable and updated the tile reverse-depends to use the libmvel-java
package
