This branch adds a script ubuntu-update-metrics.py that writes number of updates broken down by "Updates" and "Security" for a particular Ubuntu release. It can be used to create charts similar to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/metrics/?release=F16&_csrf_token=0879a813eaba9b4fdbbaa6fc975c3589bc3fcc71.
