[Bug 1021488] [NEW] Please remove orchestra from Ubuntu

Orchestra, packages native to Ubuntu, has been mostly superseded by maas
(main).

orchestra isn't undergoing further development, and will therefore begin
to decay.  Users should manually transition to maas to achieve the same
result.
