I disagree with this decision.  If there are not enough resources to
support and update the packages, then resources (whatever that may mean)
should be re-allocated.  It's difficult for me to understand how the
resources exist to release a new major version of Ubuntu with new
features every six months, but not to package an up-to-date Netbeans.
