[Bug 910756] [NEW] Remove the source package "libapache-mod-security" from precise

Please remove the source package "libapache-mod-security" (and the
binary package "mod-security-common") from precise.

The source "libapache-mod-security" got renamed to "modsecurity-apache"
and the binary package "libapache-mod-security" is now a transitional
package build by "modsecurity-apache".

This also needs blacklisting as currently the source package "libapache-
mod-security" still exists in Debian unstable and testing.
