[Bug 927402] [NEW] Please remove libaws and its reverse dependencies from precise

These will fail to build in the recent archive rebuild and simply
updating the build dependencies for libaws doesn't seem to make it build
rendering the other 2 packages unable to build as well.  They can come
back either if Debian gets them updated in time before precise or as
backports if people need them.
