[Bug 987939] [NEW] Please remove GWT from Precise

There are many bugs in the GWT build in Precise that we were working on
but unable to complete before the deadline.  Given its state, and the
fact that nothing in the archive depends on it, I think it best if it's
removed completely, especially given that this is an LTS.
