Rejecting esteid-browser-plugin

Hello Martin-Éric,

I reviewed esteid-browser-plugin from the NEW queue and have to reject
it due to several reasons:

 * The so-called orig.tar.gz (4.2 MB) is not at all what upstream
ships [1]. The latter actually looks quite reasonable, while the
uploaded orig.tar.gz is a huge conglomerate of that plus loads of
   other sources.

There is no get-orig-source nor instructions how to build this
   tarball.

 * The custom orig.tar.gz contains copies of boost, cmake, log4cplus,
and other sources. None of this seems necessary, as all those are
   already packaged in the archive.

 * The orig.tar.gz ships binary Windows exectutables (cmake/*.exe),
and the cmake/ directory does not come with any license
   information, thereby this is unredistributable.

 * debian/copyright only gives licenses for /project/* (assuming this
means "projects/*") and /*. The latter would cover all the
other directories and embedded copied projects, but most of them
   are not under LGPL.

Thanks,

Martin
