Please sync qstardict 0.12.9-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has applied patches ubuntu, so we can sync rather than merge. I
can confirm that this package build fine in i386 and amd64.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 0.12.9-1ubuntu1:

qstardict (0.12.9-1.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix FTBFS with binutils-gold (Closes: #556305).
    Thanks to Mahyuddin Susanto.
