Please sync packagekit 0.6.18-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
This upload will fix the high-priority bug #847591 as well as an FTBFS which will
occur very soon on archive rebuild.
It also provides some improvements and modifications which will make the
Ubuntu Software Center a little bit more reliable, when it is running with the
new alpha-packagekit-backend.
Also, the changes include some fixes which solve some APTcc bugs/crashes as well
as some memory leaks.
I would highly recommend to have this package version in Oneiric.
The API & ABI has not changed, as this is still the 0.6.x series and all the
exciting stuff is in 0.7.x
