Additional information per the FreezeExceptionProcess

Changes pertinent to Oneiric:

- Bug #729357 and bug #708382 combined make the existing package in Universe unusable in GNOME 3.
  This submission fixes the first.
- Package now sets the mailer automatically, and in a way that works with GNOME 3 (from the Software Center reviews, it is clear that many users don't know about Preferred Applications)
- Added depends and build-depends to fix FTBFS and Oneiric runtime bug
- The added Unity indicator (bug #773765) has been available in my PPA since May
- There is a small fix to setOOmailer, which modifies the local user's LibreOffice config to use the GNOME preferred mailer for "Send To..."

v1.8.1 has been tested on Oneiric for build, install, upgrade, and
LibreOffice compatibility

The upstream changelog mirrors Changelog above.
