[Bug 883071] [NEW] Please remove nautilus-image-converter from sync blacklist

Currently, nautilus-image-converter is blacklisted for syncpackage. It was true for 0.3.0 release, but now an git snapshot is used 0.3.1~git20110416 and now, it's the same tarball in Debian and Ubuntu (md5sum match : 428ac71743431992a89996838d88ee93).
There is now no need to keep it in the blacklist
