You have been subscribed to a public bug by Alexander Sack (asac):

ntrack 016 includes all the fixes applied to the ubuntu package and
comes with various mem leak fixes and improved stability.

The lib is a drop in upgrade which shouldn't require any form of
transition.

an new -rtnetlink backend has been included and packaged. This package
can stay in universe for some baking.
