[Bug 794849] Re: Remove mpeg4ip from oneiric

Removing this package means that there is no library for parsing MPEG-4
Part 14 containers in Ubuntu. Is there a way to remedy this situation?
libmp4v2 (the Google Code port of mpeg4ip) would be ideal since it is
more up to date than mpeg4ip.
