[Bug 789314] [NEW] alex 2.3.5-2 needs rebuilding on oneiric amd64

alex 2.3.5-2 failed to build on oneiric amd64, armel, and powerpc:
  make: *** No rule to make target `build-ghc-stamp', needed by `build/alex'.  Stop.
  dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2
since these builds used haskell-devscripts 0.7.12 instead of 0.8.4.  I just rebuilt it in my PPA without modification and it works fine now.  Please retry this build.  (It’s needed to satisfy a versioned dependency of haskell-platform.)
