Debian package no longer FTBFS

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 0.12-6ubuntu1:

synopsis (0.12-7) unstable; urgency=low

  * Team upload.
  * Fix FTBFS with GCC 4.5 (closes: #565051). Thanks to Matthias Klose for the
    bug report and the patch.
  * Bump standards version to 3.9.2 (no changes needed).
  * Drop preinst script to remove python-central leftovers; not needed
    anymore.
