Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Build dependency is now fine in Debian. Package builds fine; it can be synced.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 2.5.2-2ubuntu2:

inn2 (2.5.2+20110413-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream snapshot. Fixes:
    + innshellvars overriding $HOME. (Closes: #584234)
  * Switched to libdb5.1. (Closes: #612591)
  * Properly use wget for FTP to fix buildinnkeyring. (Closes: #612677)
  * Fixed the incoming.conf permissions in inncheck.
  * Switched packaging to 3.0 (quilt).
