Please sync congruity 15-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The current of conguity in debian is building properly on
ubuntu oneiric. The only conflict was the in debian/control file.
I am adding a debdiff in attachment. This debdiff can be used
to resolve that conflict

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 15-0ubuntu1:

congruity (15-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Resynchronize with Ubuntu: new upstream release 15.
  * debian/control: update Maintainer field with my correct full name to match
    my new GPG key.
  * debian/control: bump Standards-Version to 3.9.1.
