Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The debian version of this package build successfully on ubuntu
oneiric. The only conflict is in debian/patches/00lists file, was
that a ubuntu patch is included into debian now. It can be ignored.

  * New upstream release
  * band-aid for #601584: now the error report is at least more verbose
