Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Only change was the la-file installation, now adapted by debian. The
package builds fine in oneiric.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 1.1.0-4ubuntu1:

libsylph (1.1.0-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    - change my address, remove DM stuff
    - bump up "Standards-Version: 3.9.2"
  * fix "Please stop installing libtool la-file in dev-package (Policy 10.2)"
