Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Only change was a patch from upstream to fix a FTBFS, the patch is included
in the new version. The package builds fine in oneiric.

swi-prolog (5.10.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version.
  * Update Vcs-{Git,Browser}.
  * Change libgmp3-dev dependency to libgmp-dev.
