Thank you for changing the summary!

Well, having a look at bug #653346 and others I assume it hasn't been
working for several releases. As the launchpad autobuilder only compiles
your packages but won't execute any code, you would probably never
notice such missing dependencies for python. Therefore you need to have
proper testing routines in a clean environment...

Please, consider reopening bug #538773, as "BloGTK      Fix Released"
IMHO is more than misleading.
