bzr (2.3.1-1ubuntu1) natty; urgency=low

  * Drop build dependency on python-subunit (universe). LP: #713038.
  * Disable parallel tests.

This makes the subunit task no longer relevant for beta-1.  I'm leaving
it open in case you still want to get it reviewed for promotion to main.
