Please sync suds 0.4.1-2 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

OpenStack's Nova requires a newer suds version to support VMWare vSphere as a
hypervisor, since it makes use of the plugin mechanism in python-suds 0.4 and
later.  As far as I can tell, it does not break backwards compatibility.
There are only two rdepends in the archive: python-vatnumber (which I've
confirmed works with this newer version) and a mercurial plugin that I couldn't
find a good test case for.
