Debian has removed mtop (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=595822), because it

1. was dead upstream
2. had (and still has in ubuntu) bugs preventing it from being useful at the current state
3. has a very low popcon

Ubuntu should follow this decision for natty.

There are no rdepends for mtop.
