Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Most of the changes are now in debian.

The remaining delta include:
- Wrap of the {build-}dependencies
- Versioning of build-dependencies
- Prevent the removal of some autoconf files

I'm not too sure this prevent from syncing this package
