Please remove Python 3.1 from Oneiric.

We're only going to ship Python 3.2 in 11.10.  The following arch:any
packages that depended on python3-* have been re-uploaded to drop Python
3.1 support:

boost1.46
jinja2
lxml
markupsafe
mod-wsgi
python-bsddb3
pyyaml (ScottK uploaded)
zope.interface

The following packages did not need no-change uploads:

python-apt
python3-stdlib-extensions
sip4

There are no other external rdepends left:
